Don't detail everything, put your research in stories. Think of if you are willing to spend 30-40 mins watching a Poker face telling something s/he self even not interest.
I mean the passion, the mystery, the urge to solve the real problems in your present. This is difficult, especially if your audience is from broad area. But remember you are not and can not please everyone.
Just make yourself believe you are talking something relevant and they are really interesting.
Tell us about yourself why do you think you are suitable for this position.

This is kind of summary combing the things you talked above with the requirements of the jobs. I would suggest cross-reference the points and list it out, that is it.
Don't forget be confident no matter what you say. Smile and stare right at camera. Frequent eye flashing left and right make people feel you are not reliable.
You should also spend some time at the end to talk about your research interests and plans.

This is the most important part, even than what you have done in your PhD. Cause no matter how and what dramatic achievements you achieved from yesterday, your boss care more about present and especially tomorrow.
Because your bosses are stake-holders who will (only) care about if you can make more money(papers) for them tomorrow. And during this process, you become professional and understand the internal rules. Hope one day become the stake-holder of yourself.
Specifically, you are looking for a long journey to better keep your stake-holder's money. You want to improve your skills and be professional and hope one day become one of them.
