Three years ago while I was a postdoc in Halifax, I came up an idea the mid-step work worth spreading, so I draft the below essay. Don’t waste it: tidy up your bioinformatics work into appropriate publications. Six months' later, I presented my ideas mid-step work promoting open science at the international stage (ISMB 2022) awarded a conference participating waiver fund.
