When the weather is not that friendly, people would rather staying at home than commuting to work. Curling, ice hockey, snow skiing, Cross-country skiing, figure skating are popular sports to work out your body during winter cold in Canada.
Another very neat winter experiment is instant snow experiment which throws boiling water into freezing air but needs to proceed with caution. The way it works is to turn boiling hot water into frozen steam in just a couple of seconds.The hot water having high energy and low density can be broken into tiny droplets with massive surface area, which allows it to instantly evaporate, condense, and freeze, creating a frozen steam effect.
