1. A little of what you fancy does you good
Do make use of your after-work hours, there are always something more than you can expect: your body and your mind are also slightly accumulating and changing when one day can surprise yourself enough.
Lower your expectation of the work. It is not the end of the world.
The past can never be changed, the future has not come yet. do whatever you do to be your current moment.Those what we have taken for granted in the past, such as healthy body, natural environment, and beloved homeland are such vulnerable to be taken away in face of external uncertainties.
I was thinking reading a book, polishing my skills, exercise my body every day, that’s what I am knowing and acting.
I think I could become grandpa one day, it must be satisfied when seeing children pursuing their own life.
it should be noted not everybody are smart enough to make every decision by their own, it is important to keep up on it and enrich your experience, when one day you will find you are strong enough to make every own decision.
7. Did you sense that academic joy
Keep playing cool is one way to maintain a long-term interest.
8. Unplugged yourself from social media
Wait, shouldn't we spend more time on our family relationship, the harmony with colleagues and our own mental and healthy wellbeing
Sometimes people hope time can go fast, sometimes they hope time can go slow…what single truth can I gasp and hang onto for the dear life when all the other truths around us seem to fade with time. Because engaging in a work that will last long after death seems to be a friend of time.
As you said, life will get easier and better. Let’s hope for the best, and time will tell.
11. Do you owe happiness credit in your account
It is all swings and roundabouts. Although people cannot change their born credit to happiness, they can still pay off the balance and enjoy the healthy lifestyle, build happy family and find a nice job. It looks like pursuing happiness is a life-long journey which requiring constantly efforts to renew the memberships and pay off the balance.
12. Life as it is
Take a step back, even without the pandemic, those are questions we are still going to face in life: working pressure, housing loans, daily life cost, baby caring, and family issues. Maybe it is not good idea to blame on the pandemic, but always think in a good way. Everyone is experiencing the same pain as yours every day. Nothing to complain, that is life as it is.
Living in a fast-pace world, it is common to have something unexpected and not as planned. At this time, it is very easy to release emotions on loved ones, because they are the closest ones you can trust. But do control your temper and focus on the things instead of people. When feeling upset, it is always good ideas to imagine or pretend you have achieved that goals and see what feelings will bring to you. This can inspire you to focus on the right things. It is also good ideas to talk to friends about your goals. Sometimes, you will be surprised that they have already thought you were more than you are.
14. Think wise and cherish now
Actually, comparing to most people, there is not much to complain about. There is a warm home to stay, a steady job to get pay for, a happy family to rely on, a well-benefited province to support. When the future will come in great uncertainty, and you don’t know how to get prepared. Maybe the best strategy is not overthinking and cherish now.
15. Challenging, facing and fighting against uncertainties
Although our daily life is not as simple as getting the goals during the match, where players need to be best prepared for every match avoiding wounds and penalties, there is always a way to hope for the best and get prepared for the upcoming challenges, no matter what it is, because you have given it your best shot.
16. Live to work or work to live
However, once you started, even though it doesn’t go as planned, no harm done, at least you tried and kept things going.
17. Keep doing the things feeling right in your heart
Then I just keep doing the things I feel right, no matter what the results are. There are indeed some detours in my life route, but those cherished experiences teach me keep doing the things feeling right in heart, when looking back you will be surprised how smart decision you were ever made.
There are always something making you stressful in realistic life…
Whether we choose to live fast or slow, let us remember to cherish every moment and appreciate the beauty of this journey we call life.
20. Confucius,Tao and Buddha in one's life
When one is young, S/he agree will agree with Confucius to better yourself, improve your familial harmony, rule your country wisely, and bring peace to the world. As grown up, one has to face a lot of challenges and do a lot of things against will when stepping into society, one will learn from Tao (Dao) to put down the fame and wealth and learn to live in harmony with the natural order of the universe. Finally, when one experienced the life up and down, see through life and death, one will be with Buddha to pursue a state of inner peace and enlightenment.
21. Life is not all you can eat but all you shall taste
Joys are always at the moment, just like all you can eat is usually limited for 2 hrs dining period. This is not only for controlling the cost, avoiding the waste or allowing more customers to dine in, but let you memorize the joyful moment to come back next time. This reminds me of the long-term happiness of life requiring all you shall taste but not all you can eat.
